Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Exchange Rates Manager. By signing in or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

1. The service and its provider

Exchange Rates Manager is built and provided by Doaltech Global Limited, a member of the Doaltech Group of Companies. The service provides tools for authorized organizations to manage currencies, exchange rates, clusters, terminals, display messages, and related operational records.

2. Accounts and authorized use

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and terminal connection keys, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Organization data

Records are affiliated with an organization email. Users may access only the data associated with their organization and permissions. Organization administrators are responsible for approving users, assigning roles, and ensuring that access remains appropriate.

4. Exchange-rate information

Your organization is responsible for reviewing and publishing its exchange rates. Forecasts, news, and automated insights are informational aids and are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

4A. Optional platform AI processing

An organization Administrator may opt the organization into Platform Currency Intelligence. By enabling this setting, the Administrator confirms that they are authorized to permit the organization’s eligible operational and exchange-rate data to be processed by DeepSeek for management analysis, including processing or storage in the People’s Republic of China under DeepSeek’s applicable terms. Consent can be withdrawn at any time for future queries.

Users must not enter personal data, credentials, secrets, terminal keys, unapproved confidential information, unlawful content, or another organization’s data in AI questions; bypass safeguards; or use AI output as the sole basis for trading, pricing, credit, employment, legal, regulatory, or other high-impact decisions. AI output may be incorrect or incomplete, must be independently checked, and is not financial advice.

5. Acceptable use

You must not bypass access controls, access another organization’s data, disrupt the service, upload malicious material, misuse third-party content, or violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

6. Availability, support, and continuity

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, network failures, and third-party services may affect availability. Support is available through the published contact details. Critical security or availability reports receive priority escalation. Organizations are responsible for maintaining an approved manual exchange-rate and customer-communication procedure for periods when the service is unavailable.

7. Intellectual property

The service, interface, software, and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Your organization retains responsibility for and rights in the content and operational data it submits.

8. Suspension, termination, export, and deletion

Access may be suspended or terminated when an account violates these Terms, creates a security risk, is no longer authorized, or the customer agreement ends. An authorized organization Administrator or contractual contact may request a machine-readable export. After authority verification and the export-validation period, Doaltech will normally delete primary organization data within 30 days of confirmed termination and allow rotating backups to expire within 90 days, except for limited data subject to a documented legal obligation, dispute, fraud/security investigation, or legal hold.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Data Processing Agreement

Where Doaltech processes personal data for an organization, the applicable signed Data Processing Agreement forms part of the customer agreement. If it conflicts with these Terms on data protection, the Data Processing Agreement controls for that subject.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published, and material changes will be communicated where reasonably practical.
